Ahoy!Wow, it has been awhile since I made a post. Sorry about that, but this is honestly a crazy time of year for me. I have been trying to spend as much time with my kids as possible. They get big waaaaaaay too fast!
Anyway, this morning one of Pirate101's awesome community managers went on twitter and made this cryptic tweet:
Of course I had to log on and find out what was going on. I ran around for a bit, wondering if there was a new vendor, but found no one new. Then a friend (thanks Stubborn Duncan Freeman!) pointed me to the Skull Island housing vendor, Mr. Trelawny. He is now selling four new items.......Fan Art Books!
The Fan Art Books are a collection of housing items (there are four different ones as stated above) that, when placed in your house, you can interact with and view lots of awesome fan art that has been submitted to KI. Here is an example from each book:
I really love this idea. Kingsisle has so many talented players! I love that they decided to give them some recognition this way! I just hope they keep releasing these as more fan art is submitted to them! Great job to the artists and to the KI team!
On a separate note, I promise I will be back to making more posts after the holidays are over. I already have quite a few in progress and ideas for several more. So don't worry, I'm not going anywhere! I hope everyone has an amazing holiday season! Stay safe and have fun and I will see you soon!
