GNOMES!

One of my goals for February is to finish Celestia on my life wizard, Autumn Lifesong.  This means that I have been very busy questing the last few days.  I still haven't made it to the end of this world, but last night I did finish the Science Center.  And as I was turning in the last quest there, I reached level 68!  You know what this meant.....It was time for Gnomes!

I went and talked to Moolinda Wu and got the quest.  After talking to a couple people, I was off to the Plaza of Conquests to fight The Hoarder.  In my opinion, the level 58 spell quests are much more difficult than the level 68 ones.  I would have thought that these newer spells would be harder to get, considering how strong they are. Don't misunderstand, I'm not complaining, just surprised is all. :P

Anyway, here are a few pictures of my battle with The Hoarder.

As you can see, I was able to kill The Hoarder in 2 hits.  I didn't even have to use shields or heal at all.  I think he got in 2, maybe 3 hits on me.  The other was Scarecrow, but I didn't get a screenshot.  Like I said, a very easy fight.

After collecting the book and talking to Moolinda Wu again, it was time to head to Jade Palace to summon Gnomes!

My good friend Sean Hawkblood (Redhammer) happened to log on and port right as I was summoning Gnomes! and he was nice enough to let me try out my new spell on him.  We headed to his new Celestial Observatory and he stood there while I boosted and then attacked.  To be fair, I let him kill me afterwards with a powered up Judgement. :)

Here are a few pictures of Gnomes! in action.  For some reason I love the animation of this spell.  It just seems unique compared to the other spells in the game.

I am glad I got this spell before I reached Zafaria.  I bet questing there will be easier with Forest Lord AND Gnomes! on my side!  The Zafarian bosses don't stand a chance now. :)  Anyway, back to questing.  I still have one area and two dungeons in Celestia to complete.
