A Note About Contests and Giveaways

I have had a couple people ask me if the upcoming contest will be for everyone or just for my followers.  The answer is this:  Everyone who would like to enter this contest will be able to.

I think the confusion has come from the giveaways I have for my followers.  Occasionally I have giveaways on here, where I will select a prize and one follower will be randomly chosen to win.  These giveaways usually don't require anything more than for you to comment on a post, so that I know you would like to be entered in the drawing.  I have these as a thank you to my followers.

Contests are a little bit different.  First, all my contests are open to everyone.  Plus, there is usually more to it than a random drawing.  You have to do something to enter (decorate a dorm, describe a new aspect of the game, etc).  I then choose which entry I think is the best to be the winner.  Sometimes for contests there are also multiple prizes as well.  I have contests because they are fun.  I see a lot of great ideas from the entries I have received!

I hope this clears up some of the confusion.  Giveaways=followers and contests=everyone.  And if you are still confused, I will always specify who is allowed to enter in the rules for the current contest/giveaway.  Anyway, only one more follower till my 100 follower contest!  I am getting very excited!  Make sure to watch for the post!  And as always, have fun and stay safe!
