Hey everyone!
There are many, many, MANY areas in Subata Skyway have treasure chests. Each area has several locations where the treasure chests spawn. You can see all the treasure chest locations for each area marked on the map below that area's name, with corresponding (by letter) descriptions and images further down the page. A) Follow the grass on the right side until you come to an intersection with broken statue that blocks your path. Run across the road and stay on the right side. Follow the grass around the corner and that the second corner there is a chest behind the first house.
B) There is a treasure chest behind the back right corner of the Imperial Garrison.
C) Go to the area where there are spiders in the road. There is a shrine behind the fence. Go around the fence and there is a chest behind the shrine.
D) In Barbarian Hall there is a treasure chest behind the potted tree off to the left.
E) Enter the village area and stay to the right. Run past Barbarian Hall and then go behind the next building down. There is a chest behind there.
F) to the left of Barbarian Hall, there is a chest behind the pieces of broken wall.
Cave of Shadows
A) Go down the tunnel and into the big room and there is a chest behind the first stalagmites on the right.
B) In the last room, there is a chest behind the last statue on the right.
Corrupted Shrine
A) At the first intersection, go to the left and then take your first left. There is a chest behind the house.
B) When you get to the area with the ruins, follow the grass to the right and you will see a broken stone pillar sicking up. There is a chest behind there.
C) When you enter Corrupted Shrine, follow the grass on the right side of the road until you come to a burned down house. There is a chest behind the bush to the left of the house.
D) At the first intersection go right and then go left at the second one. There is a chest behind the building.
Haunted Shrine
A) When you leave the dock, go straight ahead and the chest is to the left of the stairs.
B) From the dock, go to the right and there is a chest by the first big statue.
C) Go into Hamakala Temple and go behind the pillars on the left. The chest is all the way at the end in the corner.
D) Go into Hamakala Temple and go to the right. There is a chest between the 4th and 5th pillars.
Lake Floor
A) Swim down off the platform where you enter and there is a chest in an alcove just to the right.
B) Go through the opening on the left and stay to the left. The chest is against the wall.
C) There is a chest to the right of Heshen's Dojo.
D) Enter Dragon King's Hall and there can be chests behind the pillars to either the left or right. There can also be a chest in the back left corner next to the statue.
Lake of the Rising Sun
A) In the village area, there is a chest behind the first house on the left.
B) Go all the way up the hill to the area above the entrance of the Cavern of Wu Hu and there is a chest behind a broken piece of roof to the left of the building.
C) There is a chest to the left f the Cavern of Wu Hu, behind the rocks.
D) Go into the Cavern of Wu Hu and there are 3 chests, one off to the left between the 2 beds and 2 to the right, behind the stalagmite and behind the table.
Maruzame Castle
A) There is a chest behind the house to the right of the docks.
B) There is a chest behind the Water Temple.
C) Go down the path across from the Metal Temple and when the stone ends head left off the path. Follow the dirt path around the cliff all the way to the end. There is a chest to the right of the house.
Monkey King's Cave
A) In the first room, go to the left of the pool and there is a chest behind the ruins.
B) Go into the second room and there is a chest behind the first pillar.
C) In the first room, there is a chest behind a rock to the left of the path to the second room.
The Paths of Penance
A) When you enter The Paths of Penance from the dock, go straight and around the first corner. At the second corner, there is a group of rocks with a chest behind them.
B) From the docks go right and over the bridge and there is a chest behind the first building.
C) There is a treasure chest behind Songan Pagoda.
D) There is a treasure chest behind Moo Manchu Tower.
E) I wasn't sure if I should add this one, but in case people wanted to know, there are several group plunder chests throughout Moo Manchu Tower, starting after the fourth level.
F) To the right of Zhayu's Tower, there is a chest behind the stone shrine/statue.
Ravaged Valley
A) When you enter the village area, stay to the right and there is a chest behind some ruins.
B) Go to the back of the village and go to the right. Follow the fence all the way back down to the 2 boulders and there is a chest there.
C) Go through the village and take the path on the left. Go left again and go over the bridge. Turn left once more and the chest is behind the house on the right.
D) t before you enter the Lake of the Rising Sun, there is a chest behind the last shrine on the right.
Raven Island
A) Go to the 2nd level of the ice/water hill and go around to the right. The chest is at the end.
B) Go up to the 3rd level of the ice/water hill and go around to the left. The chest is at the end.
Sacred Mountain
A) Follow the grass around to the left. Then keep going straight across the road. There is a chest in a nook behind some rocks.
B) Right before the red bridge on the left there is a chest behind some rocks.
C) Go past the Monkey King's Cave and there is a chest behind the boulder.
Shadow Fortress
A) When you enter the dungeon, go right and stay to the right of the path. You will see the chest right before you get to the top of the hill.
B) When you go up the hill, go behind the wall that is along the edge of the cliff and there is a chest behind there.
Subata Temple
A) Go behind Li Wai Outfitters and there is a chest there.
B) Go into the Audience Chamber and there is a chest in the alcove behind the chair.
C) Go inside the Apothecary and there is a chest behind the screen.
D) There is also a chest behind the Apothecary.
E) Go across the bridge next to the teahouse and up the ramp in your left. Follow the path to the left and through the tunnel. Go across another bridge and the chest is behind the statue on the right.
F) There is a chest behind the Library of Contemplation.
G) To the right of The Temple of Eternal Serenity, there is a chest behind the rocks.
H) Go down the path on the right and follow it all the way down to the area where the cage & Qulpa are There is a chest behind the cage, hidden by some boulders.
Temple of the East Wind
A) Go to the left and go down the path where the statue is in the water. There is a chest to the left of the rocks.
B) Go to the right and go out on the broken dock and there is a chest on the left side.
C) Go through the covered bridge and the to the right. There is a chest at the back left corner of the dock.
Temple of the North Wind
A) When you enter this area, go to the right and there is a chest behind the rocks.
B) Go over the grass bridge and to the left. Follow the edge of the river as far as you can and there is a chest behind the bush.
C) Go over the grass bridge and up the hill/stone path on the left. There is a treasure chest behind the big boulder.
D) Go to the area with the houses and there is a chest behind the middle house.
Temple of the South Wind
Go to the left and you will see a red, fallen pillar. There is a chest behind it.
Temple of the West Wind
B) Go down the path on the left and the treasure chest is behind the building.
Wai No Shrine
A) Right when you leave the dock, go left and there is a chest at the end.
B) Head up the first path on your left and there is a chest behind the house all the way at the top.
C) When you leave the dock, go straight across the bridge and then follow the right edge of the island. There is a chest near the end behind a tree.
