Hey everyone!

During the Halloween Run, Edward Lifegem and I announced that we will be renaming the Twitch channel that we stream on.  It is currently called "Edward Lifegem" and we wanted it to be something more inclusive for the community, so we asked all of you to send us your ideas.  We got so many great ideas! It was very difficult to choose.  We chose our five favorites and each of those people will receive 5,000 crowns.   You can see the winners, listed in random order, along with their entries below.

Christina LionRider
Spiral Society

Autumn Heart
Double Trouble Streamers

Tyler Frost
Decoding the Spiral

Esmee Stormweaver

Taylor Ashstone
Team Double Trouble

Congrats to everyone who won and thanks again to everyone who entered! There were really so many great entries!  All the codes have been emailed out to the winners, so be sure to check your email if you are listed above.

Edward and I will be choosing the final stream name from the five listed in this post and will be officially announcing it before the end of the year, so be sure to watch for that announcement.  If you would like, feel free to chime in with your favorite name from the list above in the comments section below or on twitter! I would love to hear what everyone thinks!  Until then, have fun and see you soon!

Stream Recap - October 19th

Hello everyone!

Time for another stream recap post.  On Sunday we fought Medulla with help from @CTheDeathWizard.  We died A LOT, but we did manage to make it through.  I once again forgot to take pictures, but you can see our struggles by clicking here: Medulla Stream

Wizard101 Group Questing
Tuesday was another group questing stream in Wizard101 and this time we all transformed into Krokomummies! We were working our way through the Krokosphinx and we got about halfway done with it, maybe a bit further.  This time I did remember to take some screenshots, thanks to @Iridian_Willow reminding me! Thank you, Iridian! You can see the quest we left off at down below.  If you would like to visit the stream, you can see it here: Wizard101 Group Questing
 Next Stream: Tuesday, October 23rd @ 6pm CDT / 7pm EDT
Realm: Kelvin
Quest: Gladiator Games

Pirate101 Group Questing
Thursday was another group questing stream in Pirate101 and we made it to a new skyway! We finished Volcano and recruited Ratbeard to our crew and then headed off to Puerto Mico in the Tradewinds Skyway.  Unfortunately throughout this stream Discord was messing up, so I wasn't able to talk as much at the end of the stream, but it was still a fun stream.  You can see where we left off below and watch the stream here: Pirate101 Group Questing
Next Stream: Thursday, October 25th @ 6pm CDT / 7pm EDT
Realm: One-Eyed Jack
Quest: Rumble in the Jungle (At Sacrifice Cave)

So yeah, I am definitely having a lot of fun questing through both games with all of you and I hope you guys are too! Remember that everyone is welcome to join us, even if you have a higher level wizard or pirate and want to just come to hang out and help us.  And if you are a lower level than us and need help catching up, just let us know! New friends are always welcome! I hope to see you next week as we continue our adventures.  Also, we will be having an NXP party in Pirate101 on Sunday (tomorrow) so join us for that as well! See you soon!

Stream Recap - October 12. 2018

Hey Everyone!

Sunday night's stream was focused on doing a few different low-level dungeons.  We started out with the Sunken City, Helping Marla prove to Cyrus that Grubb really is real.  There were four of us in this dungeon, so we breezed through it with no problem, although we did get caught a few times.  However, before we knew it, we were at Grubb and we were able to defeat him within a few rounds!
After completing Sunken City, we headed to the Haunted Cave to fight the Nosferabbit.  This dungeon had quite a few fights, but we were able to make it through without any issues.  This is probably because we had a couple higher levels tagging along. Thanks, you guys!  SO yeah, the Veggies and Rabbit didn't stand a chance against us!
After we defeated the Nosferabbit, we were messing around with the transformations a bit and took the picture below as manders.  Then we headed to Jack's house to do the Winterbane Gauntlet, which neither Ed or I had ever done before.  It was fun, even though Edward and I both died.  Luckily we could flee and run back into the battle.  We were on our level 20 characters, so it was good that we had Jack and Talon with us to help out! We never would have made it by ourselves! And we got to level up to level 21 at the end of the dungeon, so that was awesome!  I think this stream was my favorite Sunday night stream so far, so thank you all for coming out and making it so much fun!

On Tuesday we started Krokotopia with our new wizards! We actually made it through all of the main quests in the pyramid of fire.  There are also a bunch of side quests that everyone can catch up on this week.  Anyway, we had to defeat a bunch of Nirini bosses, but it wasn't too difficult with the group.  I think everyone had fun questing through this area...More fun than questing through Crab Alley anyway! Much fewer instances of getting caught.  We left off right when we got to Krokosphinx, so that's where we will be starting on Tuesday.
Next Stream: Tuesday, October 16th
Quest: Fandango
Realm: Kelvin

As you may have noticed, I forgot to take screenshots once again. Oh well.  I will remember one of these days :D  One thing we did decide on during the stream is that we will be questing through Grizzleheim and Wysteria as a group, so if you would like to participate in that, be sure to level up with side quests!

Thursday was exciting because it was the first week in awhile we weren't questing through the Traitor's Cave quests!  We got to go to Jonah Town and talk to the Frogfather.  He sent us to the Presidio, where we collected some rare spices for him.  We also earned a new companion (I got the crab companion) as well as a new ship!
After that, the Frogfather gave us information about where we could find the map to get Gunn's Gold.  That led us to Ratbeard, but he escaped! So we ended up chasing him to Bounty Island, which is a fun little dungeon to do.  We found out that Ratbeard brought the gold to the Volcano, so that's where we left off for next week.
Next Stream: Thursday, October 18th
Quest: Gunn's Gold
Realm: One-Eyed Jack

Anyway, lots of fun stuff going on!  I hope we will see you all during our streams this coming week! Next week I will be trying a different format for these posts, since making one big post on Friday doesn't seem to be working for me.  Instead, look for posts on Wednesdays and Fridays. Until then, have fun questing!

Stream Recap - October 5, 2018

Hey guys!

I know this is late again.  I think I have a plan for this coming week so it will be easier for me to start getting the posts out on Fridays.  Anyway, here is what happened last week in our streams.

During the first half of the stream, we helped some people with Lost Pages.  We didn't get too far with it but made a little progress.  Then we hopped over to Pirate101 and helped some of the new Pirates catch up with the last dungeon we left off at, the Marie Celestia.  It was a pretty fun time!

We quested a lot on Tuesday and we were able to finish up all of Wizard City, except Sunken City! This means we fought Nightshade and then ventured into Crab Ally where we rescued King Thermidor.

Crab Ally is usually fun for me, but this past stream, while I had fun questing with everyone, I kept getting caught and was getting extremely frustrated. However, we ended up making it through and then it was finally time to go to Krokotopia! So long, Wizard City and your beautiful new graphics!

Next Stream: Tuesday, October 9th
Quest: Krokotopia
Realm: Kelvin

So we did it! We finally finished up the Traitor's Cave quests! While they are fun and Kingsisle did a great job on them, they definitely lasted a long time and I think the entire group is ready to move on. Next up is Jonah Town!  That means we will be doing the quest to get our Presidio companions soon.  I can't wait! Getting new companions is always exciting!

Next Stream: Thursday, October 11th
Quest: The Most Dangerous Catch
Realm: One-Eyed Jack
Stream: www.twitch.tv/edwardlifegem

So that's it for this week's update.  I am still trying to figure out the best way to make these posts so I can add more info as well as be able to post on Fridays.  Like I said, I think I have a plan so we will see if it makes any difference this week.  Until then, I hope to see you all in tonight's stream for some Halloween questing, which will be a ton of fun!

Stream Recap - September 28, 2018

Hello, Wizards and Pirates and Wizrates! :D

So I know.....This post is a day late.  I apologize for that, but yesterday was super crazy with homework and driving my kids all over the universe.  Anyway, this past week we were back to having three streams so yay for that!  Although, as I make this post, I realize I need to take more pictures throughout the streams.  I guess I get too distracted by talking and having fun.  Maybe you guys could spam the stream chat every few minutes and tell me to take some? Or spam my twitter feed :D  Seriously though, as time goes by, I hope to get better about remembering so I can make these posts more interesting with pics.  Anyway, on to the recaps!

On Sunday, we decided to get into Pirate101 since we had to cancel 2 of our weekly questing streams in a row.  Since neither of us had much experience with ship PvP, we decided to try it out.  We had a few people join us and it was really a lot of fun! I even let Edward sink my ship with his raft.  We also tried to farm the ship that was in the PvP area, but it takes forever to respawn!  Please lower the respawn time, Kingsisle!  Either way, it was a lot of fun!  After a while doing ship PvP, Jack Nightingale invited us back to his house and I PvPed against Edward. I might have won, but I think he let me :P  The shot above is in Jack's house in a glitch he made.  It was awesome! Thanks for letting us use your house, Jack! And thanks to everyone who joined us!

We are almost done with Wizard City!  On Tuesday we finished up Cyclops Lane, Colossus Blvd, and fought Foulgaze! Questing on here with this group has been so much more fun that I thought it would be and we even had a few new people join in!  Next week we are planning on finishing up Wizard City by fighting Nightshade, venturing into Crab Ally, and if we have time, doing a run through the Sunken City. You need to be level 12 to access Crab Ally, so if you would like to join us, be sure to catch up.  We will be helping some people level up with Wizard City Side quests this Sunday during our stream, so be sure to join us if you need help!

Quest: The Dark of Nightshade
Realm: Kelvin
Next Stream: Tuesday, October 2. 2018

We got to quest on Pirate101 again this week! YAY! We are still working on the Traitor's Cave quests, but we should be finishing them up next week.  I think these quests are the longest part of questing through Skull Island, mostly because it is a lot of long dungeons.  It was still fun though! I just wish Pirate101 would add friend chat channels like they have on Wizard101, because it would make it easier for the group to communicate. Anyway, we finished up Manny's quest and are almost done with Moe's quest.  I think one group finished up the last dungeon for Moe's quest, but the rest of us still need to go through the Marie Celestia dungeon.  Then we just have Jack's quest left!  After that, it will be off to Jonah Town!  If you need to catch up, this is where we left off:

Quest: Off the Hook
Realm: One-Eyed Jack
Next Stream: Thursday, October 4, 2018

Again, we will be helping some people during Sunday's stream if anyone needs help catching up.  Pirate101 help will be during the second hour of streaming, so around 8pm EDT.  Each week we seem to gain a few more people which makes it more and more fun. so I hope to see you in either game this coming week!  Until then, have a good weekend!

Stream Recap - September 21, 2018

Hey everyone!

As promised on Twitter, I am going to start recapping our streams each week on Fridays.  All the streams will be included in one post, so if you are interested in reading about what we were up to, or if you are looking for updates on our new wizard and pirate questing, this is the place to come! If you would like to watch the streams, just click the date and it will bring you to the video for that day. So without further ado, onto the recaps for the past week!

A few days before this stream, Pirate101 announced that the skeleton key boss update was hitting the live realm.  To celebrate, Edward and I decided to try out the bosses and invited our level 70 pirate friends to join us.  We had about 7 of us, so we split up into a group of 4 and a group of 3.  I had done the Old Scratch boss with Edward during the test realm, so I knew what to expect with that one.  However, we hadn't done any of the others.

During the stream, we got to run through all four: Old Scratch, Captain Blood, Brass Monkey, and Duck of Death. I was surprised to find out that even though you only need one key for the Brass Monkey battle per every 4 people, it is a solo fight.  I actually had the wrong companions for this one and died.  I am going to go back and try it again sometime though.  The rest of the battles went smoothly with a group of four, and I had a lot of fun! I look forward to trying all of these bosses again sometime. Thanks to everyone who came out and help us with these!

This was the new wizard questing day! Yay! We started off finishing up Triton Ave, where we had left off the previous week.  After defeating the Harvest Lord, we decided to head to Firecat Ally. This meant defeating lots of fire elves and magma men.  We finally made it to Alicane and defeated him with no problem! Then we decided to help a few people defeat Kraken.
Questing with this group of wizards is so much fun! We have tons of laughs and it's always a great time. The cool part is that each week we gain a few more people, so if you want to join us, it isn't too late! We join up every Tuesday evening and quest through the main quest, leaving most side quests for solo play throughout the week. The information about where we left off is below.  Thanks to everyone who comes out and makes this stream a ton of fun!
Quest: A Giant Problem (Cyclopes Lane)
Realm: Kelvin
Next Stream: Tuesday, September 25th @ 6pm CDT/7pm EDT
Stream: www.twitch.tv/edwardlifegem

Thursday, September 20, 2018
Unfortunately, we had to cancel this stream, but it would have been our new pirate questing stream.  If you are interested in joining us for this one, we quest on Thursday evenings.  More info is below, but first a special announcement.  During next week's Pirate101 stream, we will be giving away a one-month Pirate101 membership to one person who quests with us.  All you have to do is show up with a new pirate and quest with us, and I will be entering everyone who does into a raffle.  This is another really fun group to quest with and my son even joins us in the stream, so I hope to see you there!
Quest: Lizard City (Traitor's Cave)
Realm: One-Eyed Jack
Next Stream: Thursday, September 27th @ 6pm CDT/7pm EDT
Stream: www.twitch.tv/edwardlifegem

So that's it for this week's streaming update! I hope this new format is easier for everyone to keep track of everything.  I know it's easier for me.  I even added a new label called "Stream Updates" so you can just click that and easily find everything.  Anyway, I hope to see you guys at our future streams, and if you are ever curious about what we may be streaming, you can see the upcoming schedule on my Streaming Page.  Thanks for reading and see you soon!
