Slow-Poke Sloth Giveaway!

Three awesome things have happened in the last 24 hours, and I wanted to share my excitement with all of you - my readers.  And what better way to do that than have a small giveaway, right?  First, let me tell you about the things that happened.

It's the Super, Amazing Slowpoke Sloth!

Happy April Fool's Day Wizards and Pirates!

Today Kingsisle announced the 2013 April Fool's Day item......The Slowpoke Sloth!  Don't let it's name fool you though. This guy is SUPER speedy.  He increases your speed by a whole -40%. That's right, I said NEGATIVE 40%.  Oh......wait a minute.....That's not an increase? Oops, my bad!

Secrets of the Spiral Grand Reopening Contest!

Hey Everyone!

Welcome to the brand new Secrets of the Spiral!  To celebrate the new design and improvements (which you can read about here) I am going to have a contest.  The winner will receive a $10.00 Pirate101 gift card.  Sound good?  Here's how to enter:

• Find answers to the 10 trivia questions below.
• Send an email to secretsofthespiral@hotmail.com with "Trivia Contest" in the subject line. Include all 10 answers in your email.
• Please also include your Wizard101 or Pirate101 name. DO NOT include any personal information!
• All entries must be submmitted by 12:00pm eastern on Monday, April 15, 2013. The winner will be announced shortly after.
• Everyone who answers all 10 questions correctly, and follows all the guidelines listed above, will be entered into a raffle for the gift card.

Another NXP Event!

To celebrate the reopening of the blog, I am going to have another NXP party on Saturday, April 20, 2013.  It will be in Subata Skyway, in Mooshu. I figured we can fight Jade Fleet Ships.  All levels are welcome! *Note* I know this is a few weeks away, but I want to have it on a weekend so more people will be able to attend. :)

Also, from now on I will be scheduling one event a month. Weekly events were getting to be too much for me. Life is pretty busy right now.  These events will most likely be on Saturdays.  I may occasionally schedule additional events throughout the month, but it depends on what is going on.

Anyway, here is the info for the NXP party:

Location: Meet up in Avery's Court, then port to Subata Skyway
